16.40 – Wolverhampton – Come On Bear. Jockey is one of the Mitchell brothers, so don’t argue with him! WIN. RESULT – 1st out of 11 runners.
17.55 – Lingfield – Volcano Bay. Favourite, but good early odds. Jockey is Les Dawson so I hope the weight doesn’t cause an issue. WIN. RESULT – 9th. Poor showing but it didn’t affect my betting as I had already stopped after Race 1. (I am determined NOT to get greedy again!)
