YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY
12.50 – Huntingdon – Mister Coffey. My choice WIN. Was winning but again, no stamina to finish it off. Came 2nd.
15.05 – Huntingdon – Race 1 lost so my choice was WIN. Ours won. One horse withdrew so the odds were reduced dramatically.
17.45 – Wolverhampton – Dream Magic. Because the odds changed dramatically, I went for a SPLIT. The horse came 2nd after leading 1 furlong out. Beaten by a 25/1 outsider.
OBAD – Race 1. Lost.
TRIPLER – Race 1 lost, so I went for a Win on Race 2. Only 4 runners, but 1 dropped out so even though I won, the odds were reduced. I won a little bit but not enough to claw the loss back from Race 1. Race 3 & ours came 2nd. I changed my forecast & went for a Split. Dream Magic gave me some winnings but left the day on a small loss for Tripler.
RATCHET
I didn’t bet on Race 1 as the odds were so low. Race 2 won but with massively reduced odds due to a horse withdrawing. Race 3 brought another Win. A nice profit on Ratchet, which caught up with my losses. Almost no profit at all today but better than losing.
