I really hope that we can have some success today. The last few days have seen the applecart upset a bit, so let’s get back on track today.

14.35 – Down Royal – Master Of Beauty.8 Runners. Has shown excellent form. WIN.
17.30 – Sedgefield – The Blame Game. Came close to a really good win C & D 8 days ago. Can go 1 better today. WIN.
18.20 – Kempton – Megellan. Receives a penalty but up against a lot of newcomers. Frankie Dettori is on board, so fingers crossed, it should be another WIN.

YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY
Race 1: Dreadful. Only 4 runners and ours was the heavily favoured Daysan. Beats me how a well fancied horse in a race with only 4 runners come 2nd to an outsider? Race 2 brought us some well needed relief with a win, so all on Race 3 where Bint Australia was THE horse to beat. So what happens??? It came 2nd, beaten by a 33/1 no hoper.
TRIPLER
13.10 – Haydock – Daysan. Only 4 runners last time I checked. Well fancied. WIN. RESULT – 2nd. What a calamitous start to the day.
19.00 – Southwell – Leroy Leroy. Not the favourite but I fancy this dude to go all the way. WIN. RESULT – 1st. Thank God. Some of the losses on Race 1 clawed back, so all down to the red hot Bint Australia in Race 3.
19.20 – Chelmsford – Bint Australia. Came really close to winning a few times & up against newcomers. WIN. RESULT – 2nd! Jeez, this “well fancied” runner was beaten by a horse with odds of 33/1.
OBAD
13.10 – Haydock – Daysan. See above. OBAD is getting a bit of a hammering recently.
RATCHET – Because the odds were so low, I left Ratchet alone for the day.
