My new system, Doc’s Fav Goldmine, is showing plenty of promise and I have had several winners on the spin. My small stakes are increasing in size, due to a constant supply of winning selections 🙂 My DFG Bank is now really building nicely.
For Tripler, OBAD and Ratchet, I use the 3 selections generated by the HRP software, assess each one and then say what I am going to do. Obviously, you can make your own decisions as to what you think the outcomes will be. Sometimes, the result of a previous race will dictate as to whether I stick with my predictions or not.
I stop betting if I hit my target of 2.5% (or as near as dammit.) Use your common sense – if you get close to your personal target, it’s your decision as to whether you want to carry on & go for it. Personally, I learned the harsh lesson of being greedy and many times, when just under target, I have “Gone for it,” only to lose the lot chasing bigger profits.
I am testing a new system – Doc’s Bank Builder. Similar to Doc’s Fav Goldmine, all bets are in the place market and hopefully, it is winning string to the bow.

YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY
Not the best of days today. Envoy Allen fell, getting us off to a poor start. (Main thing is the horse’s health.) In Race 2, Franigane came 2nd on a Split, so pulled some back but the big let down for me was Paisley Park. So, a loss for me today on Tripler. Franigane’s 2nd place Split gave us a bit of cheer on OBAD, but Ratchet was a loser with the fall and Paisley Park’s defeat.
I had a loss on Doc’s Fav Goldmine. Lady Villanelle pulled up so cocked things right up. The other 2 selections both came in so puled back what was a disastrous start.
The only five star performance was Doc’s Bank Builder, which had 3 selections. All 3 horses finished where they should, meaning another win for the system.

13.20 – Cheltenham – Envoy Allen (74) – Massively backed and I can’t see any reason to oppose people who know a lot more than I do. WIN. RESULT – FELL. (LOSS)
13.45 – Hexham – Franigane (87) – A straight fight between ours and Fugitif. Difficult to go with a winner, so I’m opting for a SPLIT. RESULT – 2nd. (WIN)
15.05 – Cheltenham – Paisley Park (69) – This horse has cropped up a few times on HRP and hasn’t let us down. Looking better than ever, even though it’s a large field, I’m swayed to go for a WIN. RESULT – 3rd. (LOSS)
