13th June 2021 + Doc’s Fav Goldmine + Summary

** House Notes** Be careful if races start close to each other. You may not get the results of the race you placed a bet on before the next race starts, so do try to either watch a Live Feed of the race or “watch” the race in real-time at Betfair. **

For Tripler, OBAD, and Ratchet, I use the 3 selections generated by the HRP software, assess each one, and then say what I am going to do. Obviously, you can make your own decisions as to what you think the outcomes will be. Sometimes, the result of a previous race will dictate whether I stick with my predictions or not.

My new system, Doc’s Fav Goldmine, is coming along nicely and I have had several winners on the spin. My small stakes are increasing in size, due to a constant supply of winning selections 🙂 My DFG Bank is now really building nicely. As it’s 10% of the Betting Bank, any losses do hit hard but have always caught up rapidly before moving ahead again.

I stop betting if I hit my target of 2.5% (or as near as dammit.) Use your common sense – if you get close to your personal target, it’s your decision as to whether you want to carry on & go for it. Personally, I learned the harsh lesson of being greedy, and many times, when just under my target, I have “Gone for it,” only to lose the lot chasing bigger profits.

It’s your call as to whether you take the early odds, hoping they will then go down, or wait until nearer the off hoping the odds have increased. The key thing to remember is a winner (or winners) at odds totaling 1.25 or above will hit your Daily Target. A profit of 2.5% per day will double your Bank in a month.

COME ON ENGLAND!!! (And Wales and Scotland.)

STAY SAFE FELLAS.

TODAY’S “JOCKEY OF THE DAY”: Eddie Murphy. 16.38. Salisbury. Deep Snow.

Eddie, pictured above (right) with the horse’s trainer, Angelo Dundee, is all set to reclaim glory in the 16.38 today at Salisbury. Eddie is a big fan of Sylvester Stallone and always has a photo of Sly on his bedroom wall, as you can see. Eddie is so confident today, he will ditch the usual silks and will be wearing his full robes and chain, as he has recently been appointed Mayor of Sandy Balls, Hampshire. Big Ed has come all the way from America and will be first to the chequered flag, robes, chain, and all. Sandy Balls will be rocking today.

TODAY’S HRP SELECTIONS

TRIPLER

14.15 – Doncaster – Aswan. (63) – Not massively tempted by this fella, so I’m going for a SPLIT.

15.38 – Salisbury – Khaadem. (64) – Has good form but has failed to impress recently. I think today’s the day he will fulfill his promise. WIN.

16.38 – Salisbury – Deep Snow. (59) – Has only run twice in 2 years so will be a bit rusty. However, this is over a mile in length and I reckon the trust his owners have put in him will prove fruitful. WIN.

OBAD

15.38 – Salisbury – Khaadem. (64) – See Above.

RATCHET – Instructions for use: http://bit.ly/35tpfR

DOC’S FAV GOLDMINE – All selections are in the PLACE market unless otherwise stated. Stop at a profit of 2.5% per day. (Or as near as.) Use 10% of your Bank as stake. If a loss happens, keep to the last stake and not 10% of the new, reduced Bank.

I am also showing the early Place Odds in brackets and the number of runners and the number of horses to be placed. It’s your decision as to whether or not you take the early odds or wait, hoping they will increase. The key thing to remember is a winner/winners at odds totaling 1.25 or above will hit your Daily Target. A profit of 2.5% per day will double your Bank every month.

Please be prepared to change your line of thinking – “on the hoof” so to speak – if the odds move dramatically. They may drift, thus making the selection a “No Bet”, or the odds may steam in, making it not worth taking the risk.

If you want to, you can omit any bets with odds below 1.25 (or thereabouts) and just concentrate on the bets over those odds. This reduces the number of bets but means if you get a winner, you have hit your target and can stop betting for the day, not having to risk any more money on another race. (It also means, however, if you get a loser, there will be fewer races left to recoup any losses.)

15.38 – Salisbury – Khaadem. (1.58 – 6 – 2)

16.30 – Gowran Park – Cormorant. (1.16 – 5 – 2)

16.38 – Salisbury – Deep Snow. (1.25 – 7 – 2)

16.50 – Downpatrick – Fassbender. (1.48 – 12 – 3)

YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY

TODAY’S “JOCKEY OF THE DAY”: Maureen O’Sullivan. 17.30. Downpatrick. Biko.

Maureen, the star of stage and screen, alongside her best pal, Johnny Weissmuller, is set to grab the headlines today. Maureen has ditched the usual silks and riding kex for a more streamlined look of well-oiled loin cloth. Because of her popularity, Maureen often uses the pseudonym Jane, when out and about with Johnny. (For some reason, Johnny walks around shouting “Me Tarzan, you Jane” whilst out shopping at their local Aldi store in Batley.) Maureen likes to use the whip a lot, but not on the horse. Come on Mo, you always go all the way.

Maureen came good. She usually does. A lovely 1st place over in Ireland. She and Johnny Weismuller will now be sitting in a quaint little pub sinking a few gallons of the black stuff. It’s amazing what a loincloth will do. Nice one Mo.

Words fail me as to the success of today’s results. Two first places and a second place on Tripler! It meant a lovely win on Tripler, and equally, terrific wins on OBAD and Ratchet.

Doc’s Fav Goldmine had 3 selections and every one of them finished in first position! I managed a juicy 4.76% from Race 1 so I stopped for the day. If you carried on, you certainly did very well indeed. 🙂
