NOTES
- Be careful if races start close to each other. You may not get the results before the next race starts. Watch it on Betfair.
- Sometimes, the result of a previous race dictates my next selection. The Platinum spreadsheet determines your next stake.
- I ALWAYS stop betting if I hit my target of 1.5% (or as near as dammit.) If you get close to your personal target, it’s your decision as to whether you want to carry on.
- It’s your call as to whether you take the early odds, hoping they will then go down, or wait until nearer the off hoping the odds have increased.
- A profit of 2.5% per day will double your Bank in a month.
STAKING PLAN
- All selections use the Platinum Staking Spreadsheet, with the Bet Type dependent on the odds and the spreadsheet settings.
- Stop when “JOB DONE” is hit or as near as dammit.
- The next stake will be calculated automatically by the Platinum Spreadsheet.
- If a loss occurs, the spreadsheet will keep you on track for the next bet.

Losses will be taken from the Reserve Bank and any subsequent profit will be used to top up the Reserve Bank until we are in a position to start taking weekly profits again.
To prevent long losing runs, I have reduced the Daily Target to 1.5%. This should ensure that we massively reduce a couple of losing bets progressing into several days’ “Catch Up”. It will obviously reduce profits but should hopefully greatly increase winning runs. I will also stop betting if we have a decent win early on.
Although the target is now set at 1.5%, if target is hit, it will generally be a much higher percentage win than 1.5.

WIN – Straightforward Win bet.
PLACE – Horse to finish in the Place market.
SPLIT – Stake split 25% on the Win market & 75% on the Place market.
MULTI – Stake split 50% on the Win market & 50% on the Place market.
