TRIPLER
13.10 – Doncaster – Logician. Wow – this race has almost as many runners as the Grand National! TWO! Normally, with the odds so low, I would give it a miss, BUT I’ve realised that even at odds as low as 1.10, it is still a 10% Return On Investment. Where else – unless you’ve got shares in Amazon, Facebook, Google or Apple, can you get a return of 10% on your investment within 5 minutes? (Providing the bugger wins of course!) WIN.
14.10 – Doncaster – Zabeel Queen. Had a great win on debut, but this is a step up in class and he’s against Dettori. I’ll wait for Race 1 to finish and see if a split will hit target. WAIT.
14.20 – Chepstow – Il Bandito. Had a great run last time out but is up against a really good horse in Fabilis. Initially a WIN, but don’t be surprised if I change to a split, depending on previous results.

QUICK PUNT – My own selections. I do this for a bit of fun. Same principle as Ratchet but with half the stake and half the target. (Unless the odds are so low, then I will look at a straight Win.)

YESTERDAY’S SUMMARY
Great day again. I stopped after Race 1 on Tripler OBAD & Quick Punt. Ratchet gave me a win but under target, so I carried on to Race 2. I’m really trying hard to be disciplined and stop when my target is reached. If I had been greedy, I would have filled my boots, but if I hit target, I’m more than happy. It’s also brilliant when OBAD is also the 1st selection on the other systems, cos when it wins, it takes away a lot ot of waiting around. It gives me plenty of time to walk the dogs and have a kip. 🙂

15.05 – Uttoxeter – Longhouse Sale. Tempted for a win, but edging towards a SPLIT. RESULT – 1st.

RATCHET – Target not hit on Race 1 even though we had a winner, but Race 2 came up trumps in the Place market. Again, Job Done & Target Hit.
