HRP Platinum Staking Plan
HRP Members, Dutch Platinum, Top Rated, Joint Roster and 1 Bet A Day all use a Sequence Based Recovery Staking Plan which the HorseRacePredictor Team have called the HRP Platinum Staking Plan.
The HRP Platinum Staking Plan is based around the following rules -
Series = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and so on.
At default the starting point in the series is number 2.
If bet loses - Go Up 1 in the series.
If bet wins - Go Down in the series. Number of steps decided by winning odds.
- If winning odds < 1.67 then no change in the series number.
- If winning odds => 1.67 and <= 2 then go down 1 series numbers.
- If winning odds > 2 then go down 2 series numbers.
Number 1 in the series is 1 point. 1 Point is set as a percentage of your start bank. So 1% of a £100 Start Bank would mean 1 point = £1.
If the series number hits the stop loss the series resets back to the beginning.
If the series makes your set target then the series resets back to the beginning.
For HRP Members, Top Rated,Joint Roster and 1 Bet A Day there are additional bet placement options. This involves looking at the Win, Place and Extra Place Market Odds at the time of the off. If the Place or Extra Place Market odds are higher than a cut off (Normally around 1.7) then a SPLIT Bet is placed where we place 2 bets. First bet is placed in the Win Market. Second bet is placed in the Place/Extra Place market. At default these bets are placed at a ratio of 0.25 to 0.75.
|
SPLIT Bet - 2 Bets on the same selection. First in the Win Market and Second in the Place/Extra Place Market. Default Ratio of 0.25 and 0.75. |
For HRP Members, Dutch Platinum, Joint Roster, Top Rated and 1 Bet A Day there are even further bet placement options. If there are 2 selections in the same race we check their odds. If both selections have odds over the cut off (normally 2.1) we place a MULTI Bet where we place 2 bets in the Win Market at a ratio of 0.5 and 0.5. However If any one of the selections is less than the cut off (Normally 2.1) it doesn't make sense to place 2 bets as it wouldn't be profitable if the shorter odds selection won. On these occasions we place a Single Win Bet on the selection with the lowest odds.
|
MULTI Bet - 2 Bets, each on a different selection. Both in the Win Market. Ratio of 0.5 and 0.5. |
Because the odds of a SPLIT and MULTI bet are normally lower than our usual bets the HorseRacePredictor Team have an additional rule -
Min Starting Point in the series for a SPLIT/MULTI Bet is 4.
Due to popular demand a lot of these settings can be configured in the HRP Bot.
For instance many people prefer to start both Single Win Bets and SPLIT/MULT bets at the same point in the series. In the screenshot below the Start Point in the Series for all types of bets is set as 1.
Some users only wish to use the Place Market for SPLIT Bets. In the screenshot below the ratio for Win and Place Bets is set as 0 and 1. This means the entire stake is placed on the Place Market when a SPLIT Bet is triggered.
Some users wish to decrease the cut off before a SPLIT Bet is placed. In the screenshot below the cut off has been set at 1.5
Another option we have is to increase the value of 1 point relative to the cumulative total. So every time we hit target and the series is reset, 1 point is recalculated against the current cumulative total. This can be seen in the screenshot below -
The Link Series Start to Cumulative Total Every Time Target Hit is checked. The initial stake is £2. This is because the Single Win Bet Minimum Points is set at 2 and 1 Point = £1.
We can see after we hit the first target on Bet 3 that 1 Point is recalculated as 1% of of the new Cumulative Total of £104.02. This means 1 Point Value is now £1.04. As Bet 4 is a SPLIT Bet it becomes 4 points. Instead of a £4 stake it becomes a £4.16 stake.
In the option below, 1 Point is ALWAYS recalculated after a Target is Hit. This means that if you hit a stop loss, 1 Point remains the same as it was before. It is only recalculated when the next target is hit. On occasions this means the value of 1 point can decrease if you had previously taken a large hit on the stop loss.
If we do not ever want the value of 1 point to decrease we have to use the second option as shown below. This option is commonly known as Ratchet Staking. In other words, once we hit a new initial stake high we never decrease it.
Many users do not like Recovery Based Staking Plans. For those Level Stakes or Percentage Based Staking Plans are preferred. With a few tweaks we can change the HRP Platinum Staking Plan into Level Stakes or Percentage Staking Plan.
