What is the minimum specifications needed to run HRP Bot ?

Both Gruss Betting Assistant and HRP Bot Software are built and designed for Windows. The minimum Windows required is Windows 7 onwards. There should not be any issues running Gruss or HRP Bot on any modern computer.

How many computers can I install HRP Bot on ?

Each HRP Bot Subscription gives you 2 Licenses for the account holder only. This means you can download and register HRP Bot on 2 different computers. If you need more than 2 Licenses please contact support and each case will be dealt with on its own merits. If you need to move a license to a different computer contact support who will be able to assist.

What happens if I cancel my HRP Bot Subscription ?

If you cancel your HRP Bot Subscription you will still have access to the software until the subscription that you have pre-paid for runs out. You will of course also still need to be a HorseRacePredictor Website Subscriber in order to be able to download the selections.

What happens if I cancel my TheHorseRacePredictor Website Subscription ?

If you cancel your website subscription you will not be able to download the selections. The Team at TheHorseRacePredictor will notify the HRP Bot Team of anyone who cancels their subscription. Access will then be withdrawn from the HRP Bot Software.

I have an issue with HRP Bot Software. How can I raise this ?

I set up the software exactly as described this morning. I came home this evening to find no bets had been placed ?

Make sure the computer has sleep mode disabled. Read more on disabling sleep mode.

I am unable to download the software. My computer anti-virus prevent its from downloading ?

You will need to either whitelist the software or turn off your anti-virus. Google is your friend.
